Back in 2019, we teamed up with Mediterras to plan our dream self-guided cycling trip. They were fantastic - blending our ideas with their local know-how to create what promised to be a two-wheeled extravaganza. Then… COVID happened. Our trip was derailed, but not the dream! Fast forward five years, and our cycling adventure finally came to life. Mediterras once again worked their magic - delivering a trip with seamless logistics allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the richness of the cycling experience and localities. Importantly, the communication from everyone at Mediterras was consistently exceptional - not something to take for granted these days - resulting in this truly enriching cycling experience. We had a wonderful self guided 7 day bike trip for our group of 7 in Mallorca organized by Mediterras. The hotels were excellent and even better than expected, the bikes were great, and the routes were outstanding. We had different mileage options to choose from each day and each ride had stunning views. The Ride with GPS app we downloaded provided all the details we needed everyday...routes, historic information, recommended lunch spots, scenic detours, hotel info, emergency contact info, etc...the most organized approach we have ever seen... and we have done more than 12 self guided bike tours in Europe. Nous avons eu la chance de participer à un séjour gravel organisé par l’Agence Mediterras début mai en Sardaigne — et c’était tout simplement exceptionnel ! L’organisation était impeccable, les parcours magnifiques, et les hébergements proposés étaient tous de grande qualité, parfaitement adaptés à ce type d’aventure. Chaque journée a été une belle découverte, que ce soit sur les routes sardes ou lors des moments de détente. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Mediterras pour cette expérience inoubliable. Mediterras arranged the most wonderful trip for us. We cycled from Palma to Alcudia with lots of climbing. Everything was organised for us, airport transfers, bike hire, and we stayed in really good hotels. We could choose our routes from a variety of maps with GPX tracks, and we had a local tour guide for support if needed. We had our second fantastic holiday with Mediterras, touring Sicily this time having previously done the Grand Tour of Sardinia. The bikes were in “as new” condition, light, well specified and ideal for the riding. The route and accommodation were chosen with care and we used many of the excellent restaurant recommendations. When the weather made it impossible to visit the small island we had planned to go to, Mediterras sprang into action to modify the itinerary for us and make sure we still had a great time.

In una parola: perfetti!!! Ho trovato sul web questo tour operator per organizzare una vacanza a sorpresa per mio marito, appassionato di bici. Ho scelto il tour sud Sardegna: un percorso di 3 giorni da Sant'Antioco a Pula, più estensione mare a Villasimius. Che dire... Gian Mario e Marco sono stati meravigliosi. Fin dal primo contatto, solo a titolo informativo, mi hanno dedicato oltre mezz'ora al telefono per spiegarmi tutti i dettagli. Hanno saputo consigliarmi non solo sul percorso, ma anche sulle spiagge, i luoghi di interesse, i locali e gli hotel migliori, per farci vivere un'esperienza genuina, a contatto con il territorio e non troppo "turistica". Alcuni mesi dopo aver prenotato, ho chiesto una variazione di percorso, che ha comportato anche l'annullamento di una prenotazione alberghiera, e sono stati disponibilissimi. Organizzazione impeccabile, dall'aeroporto di Cagliari fino al rientro. Anche in loco ci hanno dato assistenza, organizzando dei transfer inizialmente non previsti. La bicicletta da strada (una Wilier Triestina di alto livello) non ha deluso. Consegnano anche un cellulare con i percorsi già tracciati, inclusivo di stallo per la bici, volendo il casco, montano i pedali che richiedi e ti omaggiano di una borraccia. I percorsi vengono forniti anche stampati. Occhio che le distanze a volte sono espresse in miglia!! Se volete esplorare la Sardegna uscendo anche un po' dai percorsi più battuti, affidatevi senza pensieri a Mediterras!! Fabulous adventure in Sardinia with Mediterras. They hosted us for a gorgeous 10 day cycle trip followed by a very special 6 day mountain trek. Sardinia is wonderful - beautiful and uncrowded. Great roads for cycling, welcoming people and fabulous food. The rental bikes were well maintained and reliable. Our trek from village to village was icing on the cake. The Mediterras crew were responsive, knowledgeable and customized the trip to our interests. I wouldn't change a thing.
