Mediterras programs are operated by Mediterras Srl travel agency (VAT IT01216640910). The contract covering the program described is governed not only by the conditions set out herein but also by the contents of the D.Lgs. n. 79 23/05/2011 and its modifications, European Directive 2015/2302, and D.Lgs 62/2018. Under no circumstances will the organizer’s responsibilities be deemed to exceed the limits in the law quoted.
To confirm your reservation, Mediterras Srl must receive your deposit and trip application. The deposit fee required is generally 30% of the total amount (package+supplements). If you book less than 30 days before departure, you generally must give the total trip cost. If payment is not made when due, Mediterras Srl reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel your trip, a penalty is payable as shown below (calculation is in calendar Days):
GENERAL FLEX RATE POLICIES
more than 60 days – 100% refund of deposit
60 days to 30 days – 70% refund of the trip price will be made
29 days to 15 days – 50% refund of the trip price will be made
14 days to 0 days – 100% cancellation fee
Deposit and payment and General Flex rate may vary for each tour. Please check during the booking process which condition applies to your reservation.
We recommend that all participants obtain trip cancellation insurance. Trip cancellation insurance must be purchased directly from the guest.
