A cycling guide we’ll ride with you showing his region. A Van support with water, electrolytes and snacks, will be available if you want to skip the hardest climbs. Daily lunch featuring local and fresh products and dinners featuring traditional food.
Relax
Stages up to 50 km per day with a maximum of 600 meters of climbing. They are conceived for guests that ride their bikes twice per week on roads without major climbs. Usually, you are back at the hotel in the early afternoon.
For guests that want more riding, we can add extra loops to regular stages.

Greetings! We will kick off our first day with a bike fitting, followed by a leisurely ride to Marjan Hill, a lush park-forest haven ideal for outdoor activities. After the ride, feel free to enjoy lunch and take a nap. In the afternoon, we’ll guide you through Diocletian’s Palace, renowned as one of the most well-preserved Roman landmarks in existence.
The highlight of the day will be a traditional dinner at “Konoba,” where you can savor fish and seafood cooked in local style, accompanied by regional wine and homemade grappa. Are you acquainted with Dalmatian cuisine, tastes, and food culture? Discover how we dry prosciutto, cure anchovies, the significance of oblica, and how to source premium olive oil. Our guides will be eager to share all their insider tales with you. Enjoy your meal!

In the morning, following breakfast, we will board a ferry to the picturesque island of Brač. This island is renowned for its breathtaking Golden Horn beach, outstanding wine, and abundant olive cultivation. Moreover, Brač is celebrated for its striking white stone that closely resembles marble.
Our initial destination will be an art gallery showcasing distinctive sculptures, garments, and jewelry crafted from this remarkable stone. After our tour, we will have the opportunity to savor some of the local specialties that Brač offers.
With a wide range of choices including seafood, meat, and vegetables, we can taste a bit of everything, both as appetizers and main dishes. One highlight of our dining experience will be peka, a beloved dish at every gathering and celebration in Dalmatia. The cooking technique not only enhances the taste but also fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere.
To enhance our culinary experience, we will sip on a glass of Plavac Mali and explore the intriguing tale behind this exquisite wine.

Today, we set off to the beautiful island of Hvar, famous for its stunning scenery, lively culture, and rich history. Hvar Town and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Stari Grad Plain provide two unique yet equally remarkable experiences.
Our cycling tour is crafted to fully immerse you in a delightful combination of nature, history, gastronomy, and culture. We will ride alongside vibrant fields of lavender, the UNESCO-protected Ager, and charming vineyards. Prepare to enjoy exquisite Mediterranean cuisine for both lunch and dinner. We will start dinner with light seafood appetizers, followed by the traditional dish known as gregada, a wonderful combination of white fish.

We will bike around the island, allowing ourselves to fully experience the magnificent forest, the beautiful sea, the historic villages, and the vineyards of Korčula, renowned for its outstanding white wines, especially Pošip and Grk. Our trip will involve a tough ascent to a family-run restaurant that showcases tradition and offers top-quality cuisine.
Enjoy traditional homemade pasta, salted anchovies, prosciutto, and cheese sourced from local producers. Based on the morning’s catch, you will have the chance to relish fresh fish, shrimp, crabs, or even lobster, all accompanied by local wine and homemade grappa.
Korčula town, often referred to as “small Dubrovnik,” is a wonderfully preserved ancient treasure that remains true to its customs and heritage. In the afternoon, take a moment to wander through the old town, enjoy a refreshing swim, or simply relax and watch the sunset with a cocktail at the tower bar. Later in the evening, we will treat you to a delightful traditional Dalmatian dinner, but let’s keep that a secret!

Today’s journey will take you deep into the core of Korčula, highlighting the rural villages and genuine local culture, along with the beautiful coastline. You’ll savor a light meal during this relaxed ride while enjoying stunning vistas. In the afternoon, make your way to Pomalo for a coffee and a piece of klašun, or take some time to unwind before dinner.
In the evening, we will enhance your experience by introducing you to contemporary Dalmatian flavors at one of Croatia’s top fine dining establishments, as recommended by the Michelin Guide. These beautifully crafted dishes are sure to captivate even the most critical gourmets and connoisseurs.

On the final day of our tour, we will make the most of our experience. Prior to arriving at our last stop, we will explore the Pelješac Peninsula, an incredible wine region famous for its steep hills and traditional methods of grape harvesting. Every household in Pelješac makes wine, whether for personal enjoyment or as a prosperous enterprise. Quality wine plays a vital role in daily life here and definitely warrants your attention.
As we travel toward Dubrovnik, we will visit a family-run winery. You will stroll through the vineyards, learn about the different grape varieties grown on the peninsula, and sample a range of outstanding wines produced locally. This peninsula is a true haven for wine lovers and offers a variety of summer activities.
Following this, we will head to Ston, a historic town celebrated for having the longest stone walls in Europe. Ston is important for its salt production and excellent oyster farms. If you enjoy seafood, particularly shellfish, this is the perfect chance to treat yourself! After savoring your lunch, you’ll have some leisure time before we continue on to Dubrovnik, your final destination.

If you plan to fly out from Dubrovnik, please do not book flights departing before 5:30PM as this is the time when we arrive to Dubrovnik or Dubrovnik airport.
